Team Registrations

Teams that register 12 or more athletes save $20 per camper.

Coaches and team organizers are urged to contact Eastern Field Hockey to reserve space in advance and be aware of team line up schemes.

Eastern Field Hockey Camp suggests the team organizer collects all the players' information and payments and submit them together by mail. Parents who want to use credit cards for payment can indicate the information right on the application. Medical Waivers are required to complete the application.

All confirmations will be sent via email; Team organizers are encouraged to remind parents to include a current email address and check it frequently for updated camp information.

All balances are due no later than June 15, with a $25 late fee assessed after that date.
