Program Details

EFHC teaches in four levels.

 

LEVEL ONE: Varsity High School Elite Program
LEVEL TWO: J.V. High School, Advanced Program
LEVEL THREE: Middle School, Teaching Beginning and Progressive Skills
LEVEL FOUR: Elementary School, teaching the FUNdamentals of Sport

 

GOAL KEEPING ACADEMY - Specialized individual instruction is given to all goalies, with an emphasis on conditioning & footwork. Goal Keepers spend the day with goal keepers and their coaches with a small camper to coach ratio to tailor training needs. Goal Keepers join their teams for match play & tournaments. A written evaluation is given to each goalkeeping camper by their mentor.

 

Dedicated to the individual's skill and decision making development within a team experience, Eastern Field Hockey Camp's strives to:

 

• Provide a safe environment for athletes to enjoy a week of intensive training, conditioning, excellent competition and FUN!
• Teach the fundaments of the USA Field Hockey curriculum with the most current content and techniques by a talented and dedicated staff.
• Enhance the program with input from the International Community.
